
Lab Technician
Rayna has been a valued member of the AgVolution team for over two years, bringing energy, curiosity, and dedication to every role she’s taken on. She began her journey in the wash operations, quickly advancing to the office and now contributing her skills in the laboratory, where her attention to detail and willingness to learn continue to shine.
Currently an undergraduate student at Iowa State University, Rayna is majoring in Animal Ecology, combining her academic studies with hands-on experience in animal care and environmental health. Her passion for wildlife and conservation deepened during a trip to Guatemala, where she gained veterinary and laboratory experience while working at the ARCAS Wildlife Rescue Center.
Driven by a commitment to animal welfare and environmental stewardship, Rayna enjoys working in a collaborative environment where she can continue to grow her skills and contribute to AgVolution’s mission of promoting health, safety, and sustainability in livestock systems. Outside the lab, she loves spending time outdoors and learning through hands-on experiences that connect her to the natural world.

Lab Technician
Sophia brings over three years of experience in environmental testing and biological sample analysis to the AgVolution team. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Climate Science and Animal Ecology from Iowa State University, where she developed a strong foundation in ecosystem monitoring and laboratory techniques.
Her career began with an internship at the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS), where she tested water quality in geographically isolated wetlands—an experience that sparked her ongoing passion for environmental protection and sustainability.
Today, Sophia is dedicated to keeping people, animals, and the environment safe from disease and is passionate about maintaining a healthy, habitable planet for future generations. Known for being outgoing, organized, and dependable, she thrives in collaborative settings and enjoys being around people from all walks of life. She’s motivated by staying busy, achieving goals, and helping build the success of the business, all while contributing to a positive and energetic work environment.

Diagnostic Technician
Adler earned a Bachelor of Science in Animal Science from Iowa State University (2025) and is currently pursuing an MBA at Maryville University. He brings a strong blend of scientific expertise and business insight to AgVolution’s mission of advancing animal health through innovation.
Before joining AgVolution, Adler worked as a Diagnostic Technician at the Iowa State University Veterinary Diagnostic Laboratory, where he specialized in bacteriology testing and ensuring data precision and reliability. His hands-on experience spans livestock health management, reproductive services, and nutrition sales, giving him a well-rounded understanding of the production animal industry from both the lab and the field.
